Joan and her team have gone out of their way to help me understand the ins and outs of selling my land. They have answered all of my questions and they helped me understand what I need to do in order to sell my property!!!

My husband and I worked with Joan Harper and she was very helpful and was very thorough with helping us try and purchase a piece of land in Guntersville. Although the deal fell through because the land owner decided not to sell anymore, she helped us further to get money back that we had spent. We will be checking with her for other properties in the near future. Thanks to Joan for being a super realtor and helping where she could. Thanks Again! Mr.and Mrs. Musson. Joan Harper helped us to obtain the land after all and it has worked out so wonderful. Thank you to Joan for going above and beyond for us to finally purchase the land...now we have our southern home that we've been working hard for!!! THANK YOU JOAN!!!!

Terrible service, they waste your time, lack of ethics from Mrs. Sofa, they ask for confidential documents without giving you the recommended department or they make one distrust the advisors of this branch in my life I will contact this branch again
