    If I could put -1 star as a rating I would do it, the worst experience buying auto parts, I bought a caliper for my car and the man with the pink hair hairstyle, and the boy with the tattoo on his neck gave me the wrong piece and then they didn't want to give me back the money being still their fault, terrible attention if I could I would close this store THIEVES

    I give this store 1 star for hiring people that are so disrespectful to customers. I recently had a very disappointing experience at Advance Auto Parts. My boyfriend purchased a part costing $120, plus a $60 deposit for returning the old part. Unfortunately, the part sold to him was incorrect. When we tried to return it, we were told it couldn't be returned because it was open and dirty. Despite this, the part and the receipt were kept by the store. I was brought in to help as I speak English well, and after discussing with the staff, it was agreed that if the part was cleaned, it could be returned. However, this was not what my boyfriend was initially told, leading to confusion and frustration. The situation escalated when my boyfriend was incorrectly identified as being of a certain ethnicity by the staff member, which was not only incorrect but also irrelevant to the situation. We felt this was a racially biased assumption, adding to our disappointment. To conclude, our experience at Advance Auto Parts was far from satisfactory. We hope that by sharing this, the store will take necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure fair treatment for all customers, regardless of their race or ethnicity.
