We had a house fire over the 4th of July last year and lost nearly everything. Sam drove about 2 hours to walk through our house with us within 24 hours of calling. We contacted Sam Ifft from Miller Public Adjusters and had an excellent experience. We had hail damage on our roof and siding and had gotten nowhere with our insurance company after repeated attempts. Sam reviewed our situation, and took over our claim entirely. I was referred to Sam Ifft of Miller Public Adjusters by a family member after not getting anywhere constructive with my insurance company after a hail storm. He was a guiding light at a time when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. Sam has the expertise to spot damage the insurance companys multiple adjusters completely denied after numerous inspections. He kept me in the loop but at the same time allowed me to let go of the worry and replace it with a confidence that my house would be returned to the state it was before the hail storm.
