We NEVER received a phone call about our POD being delivered. We lived in the Philadelphia area and could not move our vehicles early, and the driver was told by our neighbor that we were moving our vehicles RIGHT NOW. And he left. We never received a phone call he was on his way. We knew when our delivery window was, but were incapable of moving our vehicle until he was there. They didn't pick up the POD until days later. Which meant that our second POD didn't get dropped off until days after it was supposed to. It pushed our whole move back. We called customer service and she told us "we needed to think about why we think we have a problem with the company." When our second POD was delivered - we found it had a leak! The gasket has been pulled up in between two connecting pieces of metal. Again, customer service was called. They refused to send a new POD and even if they could, we already packed half of the POD and only had room for 1 at a time - because Philadelphia area. They told us "What do you want us to do about it?" And, "Pack the POD and file a loss for whatever is water damaged." We had no other choice. So we had to take extra time to wrap fragile pieces that would have been destroyed in water and hope for the best. We submitted all of our problems for review - which someone was supposed to listen to all of our phone conversations - which we said multiple times, we were given differing information through text and email as to what time the POD was going to be picked up/dropped off and we never received a phone call like the email said. We were told they didn't have to call, so they don't, no matter what the email says. Our case was dismissed as PODS doing everything fine. Well, when the POD was delivered, it was humid and smelled nasty. Many of our things were destroyed. I attempted to wash what I could. But our bed was destroyed, the couch was nasty. All of our clothes were horrible. Dead bugs were inside - it was a mess. We have a claim in that we are still waiting on, and I have no clue how that is going to go. I feel like Philadelphia PODS knew exactly what they were doing, giving us a leaky POD and telling us to deal with it and file a claim, knowing full well we were going to get screwed.

Ordering was so easy! They called before delivery; put it exactly where I wanted it. I had 3 pods delivered and picked up (separately), the guys were very friendly. I liked that I was able to work at my own pace to full them up. Im waiting to close on my new house still; having my stuff stored securely and delivered on my timeline, is stress free.
