Austin did an amazing job bringing my downstairs fireplace back to life! He went above and beyond my expectations and did it all with a smile. Give this guy a raise!!! Will recommend to everyone i know!

I was having a weird situation with the flame shutting off and within seconds coming back on.
There service rep. Tim came over to try different ways to correct the problem. As it didn't happen at any specific time , it was hard to figure out why. Tim didn't give up and the people at Darboy Stone were very patient when I called. After 3 or 4 different attempts it was corrected. I can't say enough about the customer service I have received from all the people at Darboy Stone, my hats off to everyone especially Tim,he didn't give up.Thank you to everyone
