    I hired Aqualine to help me with a condensing unit that stopped working. After the tech visited we decided to replace the entire split system. They also adjusted the existing unit and condensate line to supposedly drain better. To be fair, they were punctual and courteous during the replacement/repair process. I would have continued to use their services in the future. However, 13 months after the install I had water leaking into my sons bedroom and my living room. Upon investigation, the secondary condensation pan was installed incorrectly. The primary line backed up and instead of draining into the pan and secondary drain, the pan overflowed all over my attic. Aqualine took zero responsibility. I set up an appointment, then waited two hours the next day and nobody showed up. I called a the office and they said they cancelled the appointment because management wanted to send someone specific and she didn't want to tell me because it would make me mad. Then she said all I wanted was for them to pay and accused me of talking in circles. It was infuriating. I had to take additional time off work for a second scheduled visit the next day and they told me they would charge me for $260 for any repairs because the warranty was up and wouldn't fix the drywall damage. To me, a warranty is for items installed correctly. if you install something incorrectly, you need to fix it. No integrity at all. I'll be filing a complaint with the ROC... UPDATE...You can see the "Owner" response below. Two days, two calls and an email later and I can't get past reception/dispatch and they have my call "Closed". I invite you to look at all the bad reviews. They all have the same response from the "Owner". At this point I believe it's just to mislead people researching the company...I'll add this to my ROC complaint. Services: HVAC maintenance, Heating system installation

When my AC unit wasn’t working properly, Deedee in the office was considerate and helpful by dispatching a technician within two hours of my call for help.     This company was called out this morning to look at my air conditioner which was not cooling. The technician charged me $525 to install a run capacitor. The condenser fan motor went out on thermal protection five minutes after he had left. I tried to call them back out and they refused to come back out and look at it again. I did get a call from the technician 7 hours later and he told me that I’d have to replace the motor and it would be about $700 in addition to the $525 I already spent this morning. This technician did not advise me that at the time of service nor wrote it on the invoice as a recommendation. My brother-in-law’s an HVAC Contractor in northern Arizona and he drove 2 1/2 hours down to look at my unit. He advised me that my unit was only three years old and still has a manufacture parts warranty and that the technician should have called the manufacture/supplier(Furgeson HVAC) to verify warranty and Availability on parts and I would only have had to pay the trip charge, labor and processing fee to the technician to replace these parts. I tried to call the company again and I got a very rude customer service representative who talk to me and my brother-in-law as he tried to explain to her what was going on and she hung up on us. I had to have my brother-in-law put in a temporary motor to get me temporary cooling over the weekend because I’m on oxygen and I couldn’t stay in the home. It’s just very frustrating that this could’ve been taken care of this morning quickly by this company that I trusted to come out and take care of my problem. The technician was very unprofessional the customer service staff was unresponsive. They were giving me false information over the phone and trying to cover up the technicians mistake/scam. Thank God I have a family member in the business. I definitely won’t be calling this company again and as I work for the city of Phoenix I will be advising all of my colleagues about how I was treated by this place and hopefully they can spread that word around as well because that’s not how you take care of a paying client in my opinion.     For the most part my experience with this company was fine. Not good or bad. However their customer service is the absolute worst. I had an AC Unit replaced and during that process they destroyed the entrance to my attic. The tech assured me that someone would fix it but three months later it is still not fixed. I've called them 5 separate times, each time they said they would call me back and never did. The interaction with the person on the phone was very unpleasant as well, they simply said what they thought I wanted to hear even when there was zero truth behind it. Service: HVAC repair
