Excellent business ! Called in the evening to report a possible sump pump malfunction; call was returned in the morning, and a serviceman was there by the early afternoon.
The serviceman determined that the pump was indeed broken ( it was 35+ years old ! ), and promptly replaced it with a much smaller and quieter pump.
