Apparently you cant get change without an account. Went in to get $40 in coins for a Christmas thing. We are doing at my office and was surprised to find out that I had to drive across town to another bank because U.S.currency in a license isnt enough.

I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru line. I was the only car in the drive thru. There was no teller in sight. Not even one working the front counter. Then when a teller was in my sight they started helping the customers that had just walked up to the counter while ignoring the drive thru. Very poor customer service. I cant afford to spend 20 minutes waiting on them to decide to come to work the drive thru window.
