I've used Dr Svensen since the 90's and he's always been a very caring and patient Dr. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you understand your diagnosis and treatment options. He also treats my daughter. She had a lot of health issues in 2022. He took the time to listen, added new tests for her vision, found a problem and contacted the referred Dr while in the exam room with us. He has been there for us while we deal with this medical condition. I thank God that he has been our Dr and that he takes the time to listen to his patients. We will never use another Dr but him, with the exception of my daughter having to use the neuro-ophthalmologist that he recommended, who also happens to be a great Dr.

I have been coming here since I was a child and always had an amazing experience with Dr. Svenson up until the last year. The front office is very rude and will not give you there names nor allow you to speak with anyone regarding any issues. I have sent patients up to this office and they have told me how they will not go there due to the rudeness from all of the front office. I myself work in a related field as a front office manager and I was mortified in the manner of which I was talked to and treated by the employees. I have made an appointment just to speak with the doctor regarding these issues.
