Ordered Item Received it after few months Came with a scratch Ordered replacement And looks like I'm about to wait another few months :) Their order process is sooooooo slow. Don't wanna buy anything else from here. UPDATE! Still didn't receive it and it's not even arrived at delivery center. Really disappointing :)

I regret to say that I did not have the most pleasant experience at this particular location. I walked in with all of the staff gathered behind the register. I had hoped to receive a warm greeting and an offer of help; however, I was met with very little assistance and received gestures and implications as if I did not belong there. This was unfortunate because the same associates proceeded to give outstanding service to other guest that entered. I will never be back to this location

Mmm I have mixed feelings. But anyway I purchased a trundle that is just horrible. The seems are ripped, fabric bunched and the lopsided. Also the print doesn’t even match the print on the site. Tried to deal with the store and customer service with no resolve. But hey learn from my mistakes and shop at the competition because this was ridiculous.
