The team at Cross River Design and Cirrus Pools built a gunite pool for us in 2023 including a bluestone patio, landscaping, and significant drainage improvements to our property as a concurrent project. We couldn't be happier with the finished product which was executed with professionalism, attention to detail, and some of the best customer service we've ever experienced from a service provider since we purchased our home four years ago. From design to construction and everything in between, the team was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and extremely proactive with communication. Starting with the initial excavation, the crew was on-site at our home almost every day without interruption -- and they wrapped up the job right on schedule as a result. The pool and drainage project was a significant investment for us and we knew it would be critical to partner with the right team -- we certainly found it with Larry, Tom and the entire staff at Cross River and Cirrus Pools. Highly recommend them, and we can't wait to enjoy our new outdoor space this spring and summer!

We hired Cross River to design a new outdoor entertaining space which included modifying an existing deck and replacing/expanding an existing terrace. Joshua was very patient during the design process. He created a very attractive, comfortable and functional outdoor space. Construction began as planned and once they started our project, they continued to work on it until it was completed. Very professional and personable crew. They were thorough and inspired confidence. We will be doing some additional work next year and look forward to working with Cross River again.
