Reich's P&H installed the P&H on our newly built house 3 years ago. Everything is performing great! Average utility bills less than $250/month on 5800 sq. ft.. Great quality at an affordable rate. Thanks Dustin!

I called Reich's Plumbing & Heating back in May before Memorial Day for our AC to be serviced as it was not working. When I spoke with Dustin, he asked me what the issue was and then asked me when I would like for him to stop out. Since I saw information that Reich's Plumbing provided 24/7 service, I asked if he could stop out on Memorial Day Weekend since there was an expected heat wave coming, our AC wasn't working, and that was the only weekend I had available and wasn't working. Dustin responded in the most unprofessional manner possible replying, "Do you work this weekend?", followed by, "Well if you don't work this weekend then why should I?". Dustin then stated he could stop out that weekend to take a look at our AC unit but it was followed with an expensive price tag for him just to look at it. What bothers me about this "Family" owned company is they advertise 24/7 but in return, reply in an unprofessional manner. I always want to and have supported local and family owned businesses but this experience made me change my mind as I don't appreciate when an unprofessional employee, son of the owner, responds so disrespectful. I decided to use a large plumbing and heating company and have been nothing but pleased with their service, professionalism, and reasonable pricing.
