Arrived right at 8am and was done in about 75 minutes. After exchanging Hello's he said let's see what you want done? So just get new keys. So ended up have locks re-keyed. Pretty quick and efficient.definately would recommend the company and lock guy!

I originally put in an online request for service on the Howlett website and did not receive a response. Then I left a voice message over the weekend and got a call back first thing Monday morning, and a technician was at my house just 90 minutes later. The phone representative was very apologetic about not getting the online request and promised she would look into it. The locksmith did a quick, tidy and efficient job.
