        We have been using Right at Home for my mother for a little over a year and have had a good experience. Her caregivers are experienced, reliable and consistent. The owner seems very hands on and dedicated to ensuring his clients get what they need and want. He seems to put a lot of effort into matching clients with caregivers to ensure a good fit. I also appreciate that he seems familiar with long-term care insurance policies and has dealt directly with ours to simplify the process. In addition, he is responsive to feedback and genuinely tries to accommodate.

        Right at Home helpers come to our house five days a week to care for my husband, who has progressive multiple sclerosis. They have been a lifeline for us. They are that perfect balance of professional and friendly, and we feel very lucky to have found them. Highly recommended!! Elizabeth

        There is nothing worse than a bad Manager!!!  poor communication skills,I'm scared of being sued!!!  toxic personality. The stuff is amazingly nice ... good reviews are created the by the Agency

        I currently work for Right At Home Ann Arbor and the staff is more than amazing. They truly care so much about each of their employees and clients. The employers are constantly checking in with the caregiver, as well as the client receiving care to make sure everything is satisfactory. If youre looking for a healthcare job, this is it! If youre looking for an in-home care company to help assist someone with everyday tasks or just simply someone needing a companion, these are the people you want!
