Catherine was great to work with. The rental unit was very clean at move in, and she was extremely nice and easy to get a hold of. Any time there was a small issue (toilet handle loose, clogged sink) she was great with her response time and ability to fix any problems. She was extremely patient with us and helpful as there were 5 renters in the unit, and the arrangements and paperwork took a bit to complete. I would definitely rent from Tree City Properties again.

In Islam, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said “The best form of charity is to give someone water.” Which is why creating access to water is one of the most rewarding things in the religion. As Muslims, my roommates and I wanted to save Catherine the Landlord from the eternal damnation and hellfire she is doomed to endure as a result of scamming college students for decades. Thus, we built a well in Pakistan in honor of one of her properties we lived in (see below). Catherine is arguably one of the worst landlords in modern American history. The growing number of people who lack ethics and morale as much as Catherine the Landlord are the reason why we, as a society, are not able to progress and continue to deteriorate.

Very helpful landlord. I had the bad habit of misplacing my keys a few times over the year that I lived in the apartment, and she was always willing to come by and let me back in. All my experiences were very positive, no issues with the security deposit.

Always responsive to maintenance issues and easy to get in touch with. Great properties at a great price. Recommend to anyone looking for housing close to UM’s campus.
