        Normally don't need to make a phone call for this service, but when I do and need information in a timely fashion because it pertains to my living situation no one answers or calls back in a timely fashion. Tell me why it took almost 3 years for this office to establish a support order and now I can't get the proper information because this office never answers nor can you get to any staff member for general questions because they direct you to your case worker who won't even answer the phone or call back. Annoyed to the fullest.

        Not worth a damn. They just collect money and ignore you. Been trying to get my step daughters insurance info from her bio dad for years. These people dont do their jobs.

        I understand theres deadbeat parents out there but when you give CSRU all up to date information including payors employer.... why am I still not getting payments ???4 years n counting....
