They did a great job on our gutters, gutter guards, and patio doors. Highly recommend. Hard working crew, and fair prices.

Fantastic price and quality. Owner and employees were exceedingly friendly and pleasant to interact with. My only suggestion is they could definitely improve with a more professional communication and scheduling system. Otherwise perfectly happy with the service

Custom Solar Screens came out and did an amazing job on my house. I gave them a challenge but they completed the job beyond expectation and in a timely manner! I am so happy with the result and will definitely be back!

I contacted Custom Solar Screens about replacing two (2) torn panels in my pool enclosure. They came out and said they needed different equipment and stated to my wife they would return to finish the project in no more than two (2) days. About two (2) month later they show up at my next-door neighbors with a full crew and start working on a project there. No attempt to call me in the period they did not return was made. No attempt to walk 50 feet and tell us if they were going to ever finished (as they stated) was made. So, I walked over an asked if they were going to finish on my work. One guy in the crew gave some totally fabricated reason for not returning. Then when pushed they stated they would need to talk to the Owner (Don). Don was setting in his truck in front of the neighbor’s house. My wife quickly went to the end of the adjoining drive waving her hands to get his attention. The Owner (Don) just drive past her (he had to pass her to get by our house to leave). And, it was very obvious she was trying to get his attention! So, I had a very “salted” conversation with the crew chief that was at my neighbor’s house. Again, I was told again…” I will have to ask Don if we can finish your project. Ask to finish a job you had already stated you would? That statement implies that someone had already made the decision not to complete my project. I stated fine! You have three (3) days to either finish or I will contract with someone else. It was a “non-brainer” to finish my project seeing they didn’t finish my neighbors and were returning the next day and had ample time for both projects. Next day Don approaches my house and calls my cell#. I stepped out of my meeting to return his call. First thing out of his mouth…” I didn’t know your wife was trying to get my attention”. I asked, so your employee stated he would return to do the work in two (2) days…. I hear nothing from you and then your crew shows up at my neighbors two (2) months later. Every time I am trying to ask a question, the Owner (Don) is attempting to cut me off (the only reason he called back…to get in the last work). I finally asked him to stop interrupting me. Then he makes the classic statement….” Well…. based on your comments, I think you need to work with another installer….”. NO SIR!!! Based on your actions… TAKE OWNERSHIP! It is pathetic business practice for an Owner to project his total lack of professionalism and/or customer service onto his client! But again, it was very clear his singular purpose for calling was so that he could make that statement. So, two houses, separated by a driveway: One receives two days of full service and the other receives none? The color of my money is the same shade of green. The only difference being one house is owned by the multi-generation name hardwired into the local G.O.B network and one isn’t. PS: The only reason I am giving one star is because it is the lowest rating Google will let you state and post. This companies rating is actually much lower!
