When you first meet Lance, there are many positives, but several qualities really stand out– competence, honesty, hardworking, and creativity. I have been a mortgage broker since 1995. In all those years I have worked alongside many mortgage professionals. It is extremely rare when you come across a professional who is intelligent, educated and seasoned and who truly cares about his clients. Lance is very knowledgeable and does extensive research in order to properly advise his clients for the best mortgage program available. He will go out of their way to ensure they are comfortable with the mortgage option they chose. Lance is a true world class professional.
