Just got the back bumper repaired and painted to my full satisfaction. Without any additional costs. They also painted my back fin to make sure that the car without any additional costs. Would recommend them to anyone and appriviated the great service.

I brought my car in for a AAA Automobile Club 40 point inspection. They did a great job - car was fine and in the process even replaced a burnt out bulb (that I told them about) at no charge.  They are BMW approved for engine and body repairs -- would definitely go to them for repairs. On time, professional and friendly.

Wow, please avoid this place at all costs. Never thought this kind of experience weas even possible for a "legitimate" place of business. This place lied about everything from timing to the status of the car. Ultimately months of time and $$$ was wasted due to the incompetency and/or intentional shady practices. 1) Initial: Car brought in the evening via tow truck. 2) Month 1: No communication from the shop for the first month. Any attempts to reach the shop was met with constant waiting on hold and redirects to other contacts with limited response. 3) Month 3: Learned from insurance that shop had apparently filed for parts/repairs totaling ~$20K (20,000). Note that at this point they HAD NOT STARTED ON ANY REPAIRS (?!). Insurance ended up determining the car a loss due to questionable charges. Car had had mild hit with middle street section, not with any other cars (also it was a 2022 car purchased brand new). 4) Month 4: Supposed to be paid back by insurance but have not because shop was claiming ~$17K just to release the car. One of the reasons they provided was the inability to return the car parts HOWEVER I know for a fact that is a lie because the the worker who had been in communication confirmed this. I don't know you, nor do I typically find myself writing reviews, but this experience was so horrendous that I sincerely do not wish this upon my worst enemy. Please avoid! And if you know or find a decent trustworthy shop in the area please let me know, but this place is not it. Not even worth the gamble.

After an accident my car was taken to Golden Auto body. I couldn't have asked for a better place to deal with the post accident ordeal. Great staff, great workmanship. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to Golden Auto Body for all of my vehicle needs for several years now. I've worked with many of the employees who have all been fantastic. Bruno, the manager, has taken great care of me over the years and Abraham managed my most recent repair for me this past month and was fantastic, great communication and work. Thank you so much!
