What I love about Mosquito books is that it combines my love of reading with the joy of being eaten alive by mosquitos.
Whenever I pick up Harry Potter, or the new Dan Brown novel, not only am I transported into the magical world of Hogwarts, or a ghost writer's imagination respectively, but I'm also able to rejoice in knowing that part of the profits from my book purchase go towards helping mosquitos in need.
And of course, remember the Mosquito Books mantra in life...
"At mosquito books, we don't just read, we suck."

Cute little bookstore for an airport. It has a much wider selection of books than the smaller Hudson-news style stores.

They have a nice selection of field guides and some good alaskan history books.

I actually look forward to going to the airport in anchorage every trip because of this store. It has something for everyone, and Ive bought Christmas gifts, Alaskan novelty items, and my notebooks there for the last few years. Its worth getting to the airport early for!
