Providence Pediatric Gastroenterology - Anchorage

Calls regarding medical questions and voicemails are rarely returned. I’ve also had issues with my sons prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy on several occasions. Sarah took care of the prescription issue promptly and has been very reliable. I have very much appreciated and enjoyed our interactions with Dr.Malanda as well. However, the ball is being dropped as far as things being done correctly and in a timely manner.

We've been coming to this clinic for the past several years, always great communication and most importantly they ask my daughter and listen to her, we were finally able to get back in and we're back on track to getting her feeling better. I look forward to working with the new doctor and getting my baby happy again.

Terrible experience. I wish I could give no stars. Doctors here didn’t listen to me that there was anything wrong. I took my daughter to a specialist out of state and they found her diagnosis- of IBD! Front desk was horrible, too.

Nurses are very attentive and knowledgeable! Dr. Malandra is great. We have been working with them since September of 2020 and we have been very happy with the care we have received. (The grouchy doctor left the practice)

Dr. Malandra is amazing. Our son was very nervous about discussing his gut problems and the doc was so wonderful and put him at ease. He took his time and was very thorough. Front office and nurse were great. Not sure why so many bad reviews but I think it was from a previous doctor.
