Ruthless billing practices, rude service, made it feel like they saw a walking bill instead of a person. Regret going through then they only made my life worse. Will definitely go somewhere else in the future

Everyone at Creekside is absolutely amazing!
They have cared for my husband and I numerous time's, they're very kind and caring.
I wish that hospital's could have a staff like Creekside!

Amazing experience and excellent staff.
I think they are a little over priced for insurance billable service. Especially when youre only there for a quick procedure.
But they do have great quality staff and that is very important!

I've had two back surgeries performed by Dr. Kralick at Creekside Surgery Center and highly recommend their services. Everything from the pre-surgery instructions, to the registration process (most of it I was able to do online!), to the courteous and efficient nurses and staff members was a positive experience. My time in the recovery room was excellent and they provided a clear explanation of discharge instructions for me and my ride home.
