I had a sewer line collapse in a difficult location, with backup into the lower level of my house. They were amazing to work with start to finish. Good communication in preparing the work site, fast service/scheduling, and a fair price. It has been almost two years and have had zero issues. Highly recommend!

Northern Utility Services is an excellent company! They have been managing our water utility for years now - they are professional, accessible, and have EXCELLENT customer service! I called in recently, needing certified reports and documentation for our refi-in-progress (on a time crunch, of course!). I spoke to Stephen, who went ABOVE & BEYOND to get me everything we needed! He was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive to multiple emails as I had to go back and forth with my loan officer. He had our issue taken care of in a very timely manner. I NEVER wouldve found that info on my own and wouldve been paying someone hundreds of dollars to come out and test the water if not for his help. I am very thankful for the level of service provided by Northern Utility!!
