Awesome Kids Dental

Staff was amazingly nice! The staff had alot of patience and explained everything to my kids before they did anything! Jasmine was the absolute best! The Dr was very kind! And Mari at the front desk was an absolute doll! Super nice and helpful, she did her job with a smile on her face

They knew how to calm my son down and the treatment was quick and easy so he wouldnt feel a thing. Thank you guys

My kids will not be returning to Awesome Dental. I received the worst customer service from the appointment setter they have at the reception desk. They lost two patients because she doesnt know how to speak with your patients parents. Never have I ever experienced such condescending and rude customer service. Also, I got My daughters dental records/x-rays and went to a dentist that was recommended by a friend. Not only did I learn that Her cavaties were soo minute that they didnt need immediate attention, but that awesome Dental was charging us way more than what my insurance says my co-pay would be for the nitrous oxide that would be used in multiple sessions to fill three very small cavaties. To say Im disappointed in the deception and discouraged to ever step foot in this office is an understatement. After experiencing the extremely rude customer service and the deception in pricing, I know I made the right choice in removing my children from their dental care. This is so unprofessional and far from what should be expected from a medical professional. For all these reasons, they will no longer be receiving another dime from our family. I truly hope you thoroughly take this as a sign to change/train your office staff and to not take advantage of trusting, hard working people who trust you with their childrens dental health.

Great place if you're in the area. Not so great if you are behind the city bus and they stop there and block the driveway. It honestly is a good place for kids if you can afford it . However, the last visit they said they were going to show me the xray of the cavities and then go over how to properly brush our child's teeth since I wasn't the parent who was in the room with kiddo... instead they discussed general anesthesia since I was in shock that my child had to go under for fillings and a crown i forgot to ask about what i was supposed to see. I was never shown X-RAYs, I went up front to make a new appointment and by the time I got home I realized I hadn't seen the X-RAYs, I also had not been shown how to properly brush my child's teeth. Like I said, great place for kids, sweet staff..... but also, forgetful staff.
