Dealt with problem after problem with this place, they would call me all the time saying my credit card was invalid even though I had 2 units and 1 seemed to be valid on the same card? They changed there system at one point and he person working here called me multiple months in a row saying my card was invalid. I was patient with the person as it was easier to deal with them messing up monthly than having to move my stuff. At one point they said we required insurance for our units so it was an extra charge, i asked if that was even for cars since my car was insured and he said he would look into it. When I finally got a house to put all my stuff they told me that i was going to get a refund for the insurance as we didn't need it after all which i was thrilled. Later they decided for some reason since I left they could just keep my refund money. Now pursuing this with consumer affairs as they are not just making errors but stealing from clients.

If you have a Business, it is a good place to be Because they do have 24/7 Access with Proof of a Business License. But, if you are Homeless they don't like Homeless people !
