Stadium House Apartments

The industrial building fire alarm has gone off several times in my year off living here . Forcing Maintenance to enter our apartment each time . No real resolution or apology or Act of accountability and acknowledgment. And now they are raising everyones rent to prices higher than LA.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! We moved in a year ago and are so excited to move out the end of the month. The place has been absolute garbage since weve moved in. The leasing office and property management company care very little about the residents but are charging an arm and a leg to live here. The only good thing here is the maintenance staff. They are hardworking and responsive. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. This place is run down and there are always problems. Safety is also a big concern!

Stay away from this property at all cost. If you are someone that is looking in the area RUN from this property. 1. There was a double homicide that took place here. Safety is a major concern at this residence. There are homeless people that are always coming inside the property. Breaks in are part of the norm here. 2. Fire alarms go off at all hours. If you enjoy loud ringing anywhere from 3:30 am to 12:00 a.m, this is your place! The fire alarms will ring for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes at a time. This is terrible for anyone and 100000x worse if you have children. This is not a family friendly apartment. Save your time and look elsewhere.

I live next door to these apartments. The fire alarms go off at all hours of the night and early morning - as a matter of fact they are going off currently and it has been about an hour now. If it's disturbing the neighbors, I don't know how anyone lives there peacefully. In addition, there was a homicide commited there earlier this year by a non-resident who managed to get into the building. Just as a neighbor, I would not recommend these apartments.

This is my first place, and also first time living in California. I was hoping to call this place my home, and was excited about living here. Unfortunately I am sad to say, I am very unsatisfied with this place. Second day here there was a double homicide way to be welcomed here. The lack of security, getting parking tickets when it is clearly marked that I am a resident, fire alarms going off for no reason, cars getting broken into, homeless people easily getting into the apartment complex, and lack of any improvement to make things better. Corporate doesnt seem to care about the residents living here, all they care about is the money we are paying for absurd rent prices and increasing.
