The people here are a joke when it comes to customer service and don't bother being a loyal customer because they don't care about YOU just your MONEY. My husband has been a loyal customer since he got his very first car in 1997. We learned we could save about $30 a month by switching to a new company, when we called about cancelling, Noemi didn't inform us that there was a cancellation fee. She also informed him she "assumed" he remembered what he signed (19 years ago) and it was too late to stop our automatic payment. So instead of getting our monthly dues returned to us we were shorted $116 because the insurance lady failed to mention we'd get charged a 10% fee. If they would have told us that we wouldn't have switched to begin with because now we are our money! Way to keep customers mercury insurance. Also, our premium went up $20 in a year and we haven't got into any accidents or tickets. So being a good driver has no benefits.
