        Disappointed that they charged their full late fee with tax when I couldnt get in touch with them by 5 the previous day but called in early the day of for a late afternoon appointment window. Just would have hoped for more understanding considering it was an emergency situation and they couldnt help me troubleshoot anything over the phone or work with the manufacturers warranty.
