      image Negative 5 Stars. I arrived to my appointment with the doors locked. When no one showed up after 10 minutes, I called customer service and was told the Rep had a medical emergency. No one bothered to call or offered to reschedule. I'm sorry about the Rep being ill, but I won't utilize their services.
