My last check I tried to cash yesterday they said insufficient funds but the last three I was able to cash but I don't understand that cuz the check was issued the 26th and that's 8 days after

Drove 90 miles for my 85 year old mother to get a pin# for her debit card. Waited 20 minutes for a teller to inform me I needed to talk to Dereck. We found him and asked for help, it would only take about 5 minutes. He spent 5 minutes informing me that I needed an appointment. He was very rude and we left appalled and outraged.

There were twelve people in line and only one person helping them. It took the lady 20 minute to help that first person. They open late and close early. Its just ridiculous. You would think that bank this big have more staff To help people get on with their life.

Excellent customer service and the staff is very friendly. They immediately greet you with a smile. I prefer this Bank of America branch over the other branches in Amarillo. And they have popcorn from their very own popcorn machine on Fridays.
