Absolutely awful experience here, don't live in these apartments. They constantly shut off water for the entire place when it's needed for one unit on the opposite side of the complex. Currently have not had any hot water for 5 days and was told we still have to wait to get our hot water back on. There is no sense of urgency from both the office and the maintenance. On top of that, they charge ridiculous prices for what these apartments are. $700/month for a 500sq. ft. apartment, with outdated appliances, no working heater, no constant water, and an awfully kept apartment is ridiculous. When I moved in, 2 of my door handles we falling out of the door. Even though I had put this in the move in sheet and asked them to fix it, these handles are still falling out of the doors, a year and a half later. The fact they charge these prices for what they offer and how little they fix, is ridiculous. Do not live here. Save your money and go to a complex where you don't have to take freezing cold showers during the coldest week of winter, you have handles that stay in your door, your heater works, and they actually take care of you. Cause I promise no matter how much you call the office or maintenance, you're gonna be stuck with whatever your problem is. EDIT: Have had maintenance come to my unit twice today to fix my heater. First visit was while I was gone, they told me they replaced a filter and batteries when all they did was brush my vent and replace the batteries, which I know because their brush and the old batteries were left on my table. After finding this out and still not having heat I called the leasing office and had more maintenance guys come out. Turns out no one ever turned my gas to my heater on, a year and a half ago, when I moved in. And was told it was on by maintenance 8 months later. After leaving to talk to the leasing office and then coming back, my heater was still not on. 45 minutes after I was told it was fixed, the temperature in my unit dropped to below what it was when this all started.

Being a first time apartment owner my experience was horrible. They advertised it as newly remodeled but nothing about it was new or remodeled. The water is constantly being turned off, and sometimes without notice. The pool was always closed, and they never opened the other two. I was expecting much more, not worth the price.

Well, my experiences, I have been here for two months, near the closed pool, it really looks VERY UGLY, at least they can cover it or cover it with dirt if it won't open anymore, I would like THEY OPEN IT... In my apartment, initially I I had a bad impression and I didn't like the carpentry, but then I understood and I already have a fondness for it, I am here very close to the bus point for my work and I have washing and drying machines, very necessary. A problem arose with a bathroom and IT WAS IMMEDIATELY RESOLVED by their maintenance staff and I was VERY SATISFIED... THANK YOU TEAM. Then they also helped me with other personal details to decorate my apartment and at least they always listened to me. An inconvenience, I AM NOT HAPPY, with the rent, it is paid until the 3rd and I paid it on the 5th and they charged me an 85 dollar surcharge, I talked to the manager and she explained it to me, she didn't convince me but I paid for the consequences, really I didn't want to pay them, because I CONSIDER IT UNFAIR AND EXTREMISM...two days in the first payment? To collect they are "acid" BEWARE of their bills!!!! By talking everything is resolved. There are positive things that suit me and the contract is for one year (quiet, quiet and central place for me, I feel good. The office staff informs everything they are going to do in advance (Christina) very friendly and attentive, you just have to check your email, all good treatment. I am at home very little time and I have not had problems with THE WATER, my pets are happy and we are very well and the maintenance staff tries a lot to solve, they listen to you and comply in coming and diagnosing the problem but there are many apartments in poor condition and deteriorated, old and they have to be fixed and conditioned to be able to live in them... I RECOMMEND, come see "EVERYTHING" where you are going to live BEFORE MAKING ANY MOVE to avoid surprises...I learned that the NEW OWNER is trying to invest in remodeling but it is almost everything and it needs time, "she offers and you decide "I wouldn't like to judge, but if I think it's expensive, that's my way of seeing it because of the structure and conditions, there is no remodeling in my apartment. Anyway, I'm in a good place and it's only going to be for a short time..."come see them first"... The office staff is impressive, friendly and YES listens and does what is within their power, I TELL YOU, THEY HAVE ALWAYS, ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ME WELL AND ON THE GO TO PROVIDE SOLUTIONS. IN GENERAL WAY, I AM AND FEEL GOOD HERE. You have your parking with a roof and many free ones, I am close to everything and I solve my problems in more than 80 percent... In short, what I need I look for and I try to accommodate my life in my way and style and they do not intercede nothing, I always see them working and in the office they always stay on their schedule and they ALWAYS respond when you call or write to your email, WHAT I LIKE AND, it is a point in their favor, in general I think they are making an effort to solve everyone their problems, I understand that too, there are many of us and they are organizing their new work team... Thanks to Gabriel, the maintenance supervisor and the assistants... Really, from my heart thank you but demand that the owner invest more. "Do you want money? then offer more quality in a timely manner and personally visit your business, listen, read tenants' opinions, your work and quality of services depend on that, "the eye of the master fattens the horse" , this is a popular saying... "Whoever has a store takes care of it or else sells it" This is my advice, LOWER THE PRICES A LITTLE MORE AND YOU WILL HAVE + TO FIX, REMODEL AND REPAIR... THANK YOU. APARTMENT M12-1155... I would like THE OWNER to visit me personally, I think that, without extremes, with justice and love, making our problems his own, visiting his units and reviewing the services, he will do better and help us more, coexistence will be better and we will live more comfortably in its facilities. Thank you. It is a good place to live and very quiet. God bless this place, its workers, tenants and owners. Amen. I owe you the photos, it will be another day.

Daniela, we are concerned by your one-star rating. We understand your frustrations but assure you that all of our residents must give us a 30-day written notice to move out even on month-to-month. We're sorry we were unable to make an exception for you. Please give our office a call if you'd like to discuss this further.
