I called another attorney and was told they would call me back. After five business days they didn't. I called Hunter and Kalinke and was able to make an appointment that day. Great people.

Highly DO NOT recommend. WOST SERVICE.
This was a complete waste of time. However, I learned to make as many questions as possible on how their/any law firm process works. If they cannot answer your questions, or rephrase themselves to help you understand your concerned questions as a victim BEFORE you decided to do the intake process. You have the right to not proceed with the law firm. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and I can state how unprofessional and unkind Kathi Amos was with me with every phone call I made to the law firm. I made sure to address this issue with the attorney however nothing was done about it. My case was dropped after a year of dealing with this unprofessionalism. I’m happy to report I am working with a law firm who actually takes their time to help me understand and makes sure I am fully informed of the situation before ending our calls. DO NOT SETTLE WITH NEGLECT
