Some staff members are communicative, but typically just when theyre reaching out to solicit sales of new products. The agent herself will not reply to email or return voicemails. Rotten service.

Not worth it, not responsible, not experienced worker. I had Allstate insurance year ago with her father in-law, he was doing the jobs really well. When he gave that to Ashley his daughter in-law, they messed up with me twice. The second time, I went back with them I thought they know what they doing, but it was not worth it. I spoke to her worker twice on my car insurance give her my bank information, they withdraw from my account two months in the row, I thought I has the insurance all this time, I ended up not having insurance because she canceled stated that it was not paid. I told her to withdraw from my account automatically and spoke to her twice, and what happened she didnt explain, so I didnt understand. On my market insurance, I thought she send all the paperwork to my market company, when I called my market company they says they dont receive anything, the same thing as my rental property. She send me to collection agency, so send the proof of documents to collection agency, they be able to solve the problem out for me. Ashley not even respond to my other insurance agents when they called her and emailed her. I called the main Allstate company she asked me do I want to report her, but I says No.I never has experience like this when it come to car insurance and home insurance. I wouldnt recommended every one of them to buy insurance from this this Agent. You cant trust her to do the work for you.
