        Instructor did not show up on time for the scheduled class at 9am. Bunch of people were just waiting outside the door. No explanation/call/emails at all about updates. Ended up leaving and realized later that I got charged for the cancellation fee. Very irritated and upset with my experience. Go somewhere else to get training and certified.

        No trainer showed up for a scheduled class. 8 people were on time, ready, and paid for the class but did not receive their training. Several of these people said this happened last time. No email, no explanation. This class is a job requirement for some. The CPR/First Aid class is something we set aside time for and schedule into our lives. The instructor is a no show, twice. Please do better.

        I did the online test and course then when I went in to show them it said I hadn't even started. It was so frustrating. They need to fix their online course and it should just automatically notify the teacher without needing printed proof. Others printed their online certificate but when the teacher looked in the system it said they didn't complete it.
