Hands down the best team in this area. They are well organized and work with both landlords and tenants to find the right solutions. They actually care about your property. Last year one of our companies properties had some water pouring from the ceiling. During a routine check the agent Olivia literally was soaking wet trying to shut off the water and resolve the incident. She spent time on site making sure things were taken care of until help arrived. This is only one of several examples of caring and customer service. Any other agent or group might have passed the buck. They have gone above and beyond on countless occasions to assist us and they walk the walk.

Would not recommend this place does false advertisement applied for a place and when it was time to tour the place was completely different than what was posted online

RENTERS BEWARE! Do your homework on anyone claiming to be a property manager. I recently contacted an individual claiming to be a property manager as I'm looking to move. He gave me the address to a house near me and the rental price, deposit and application fee. The next day I contacted him to pay the application fee. He gave me a weird email address and told me to use PayPal friends and family to send the $50. I was extremely leary at this point and started asking questions. It took me 4 times asking him what Property Management Company he worked for. An hour later he finally responded with an answer. Upon calling the company he claimed to work for, they said he didn't work there and never heard of him. Trust your instincts. Do not send random people money without checking things out yourself.
