Mercedes has been a vital figure in guiding me through the journey of managing my health, starting from my lowest medical point to where I am now a content, physically and mentally healthy individual. The staff at this facility is exceptional, showing genuine concern for their patients. They consistently follow up on messages via the AdventHealth portal and phone calls. Whenever I've been admitted to the hospital, they proactively reach out to check on me after my release, demonstrating their commitment to my well-being. I've never felt like just another patient; their attentiveness is crucial to me because, like many others, my health is my top priority, and they make me feel that it's important to them as well.

I like Dr Badman. Hes wonderful. But getting prescription refills has gotten extremely difficult. They just ignore the requests. Ive been trying for 10 days to get a refill that I have now run out of.

I am not at all thrilled with this place of business. I had an appointment scheduled with them and spoke with two people to either reschedule or to let them know I would be a few moments late and they said it was fine to be there by 2:30, so I arrived at that time and they had me to all the way there just to tell me I had to reschedule my appointment, were very rude and unprofessional!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
