Terrible office staff! Do not pay rent online itll be more of a headache! The parking situation at this complex is ridiculous! Would not recommend sending my dog here! Try another complex if you can you will be highly dissatisfied here!

If less than 1 star was offered I would select. This complex is horrible!!! They will tow anyone's vehicle for parking anytime of the day 24/7. So don't go visiting any friends at this complex and stay to eat or watch a movie. This complex will have your vehicle towed and will cost over $250 to get it out!!! Even tho the complex has umpteen undrivable cars parked all over - with flat tires and broken down... but will tow a visitor's car when it was parked for 2hrs during normal everyday time.. NEVER !!! Horrible place and HORRIBLE service.

I went against the grain with the reviews and applied anyway. Well Im not even a resident yet and Im having issues. I applied ($75 application fee) for a particular unit overlooking the golf course. Ryan called me the same and left a message saying THAT unit was no longer available. So I looked elsewhere. The very next day theres a $200 charge on my account. I called and spoke to Lindsay (Ryan was off) who informed me this is a holding fee. Who authorized this holding fee when Ryan told me the unit I wanted wasnt available? She offered other units or something 3 buildings over. Lindsay then had to speak with a manager. After their conversation I was informed to fill out a W-9 TAX form! WHAT THE HELL FOR??? This isnt income from Somerset Park to ME!! SCAMMERS!!! THEY WANT TO SEND ME A CHECK ON MY DAMN MONEY!!! REFUND MY DAMN $200 and not by filling out a damn W-9
