Based on the ratings I went to this body shop Jan 27th, 2024; the person on the service desk was very rude from the get go!!
When he saw me he didnt like either due to it was Saturday or Im being brown person!
What ever it was the administration should investigate, else your company will loose customers for sure!!!

What a class act. This past Monday I picked up my Cayenne GTS from PAC and I was very impressed. The repair was completed to my total satisfaction and they truly went above and beyond the industry standard. There's a very good reason why Freed Performance, Porsche Forums and Porsche Hennessy use and recommend this facility over all others...nothing else compares. Not only was the work performed absolutely excellent but my car had been nicely detailed (inside and out) prior to delivery. My principal point of contact was Hunter York and I found his degree of professionalism to be exceptional. I might also add I found this to be true of every employee at PAC that I dealt with. Phone calls were generally answered on the first or second ring, I was never placed on hold, emails were answered almost immediately. Unfortunately this is definitely the exception rather than the rule in this day and age...but PAC delivers and checks all the boxes. Thank you and Cheers.
