        A mattress is a huge investment and no doubt a purchase that you get excited for. Thats what my family and me were when we bought two SleepNumbers from this store two weeks ago. I wish I could be reviewing a mattress instead of the way this place makes me feel right now. First, the mattresses were supposed to come the next Friday and after waiting all day, we were finally told at 8 p.m. that they wouldnt be showing up until the next Friday. At 9 this morning, we receive a call from an 1800 number saying that our mattresses werent on the dock and we would have to now wait another TWO weeks. A month wait for something that was supposed to take one week and all customer service can say is so sorry, meanwhile our purchase still remains its extremely high price and no extras thrown in at no expense. Sure, the employees at this shop are nice and knowledgeable but what difference does that make when its for a mattress youre never going to receive. Would love to amend this review but have a feeling thats never going to happen with how little this company cares about people who pay so much for their product. If you feel like paying five figures for a bed and feeling stupid for it afterward like we do, then be our guest.

        We had a great experience with Tom Kuzik as our consultant at the North Point Parkway store. That said, I should mention that we were already sold on the idea of Sleep Number bed when we walked in the store; we have had one for 20 years! Our first Sleep Number bed was an absolute life-saver when it came to back issues. We look forward to taking advantage of all of the improvements that have been made over the last two decades. I know there are cheaper options out there, but do yourself a favor: Do not skimp when it comes to where you sleep. It is worth every penny to have the best. And be sure to call ahead and ask for Tom Kuzik (even if his Sleep Number is a very squishy 35). He will take the time to ensure that you make the right decision.
