They have friendly and knowledgeable staff, work directly with the insurance company to make my claim experience easy and communicate throughout the repair process to update me on the status. I have always been extremely satisfied with repairs and the experience. This time was no different. I only recommend Auto Plex for your auto body repair!

I highly recommend AutoPlex Collision Repair of Alma. My vehicle looks great! I was pleasantly surprised to see it detailed when I arrived for pickup. No overspray...No unmatched paint...No dirty floorboard...I can't tell an accident had happened! The employees are friendly, patient and helpful. They text me keeping me up to date of what process my vehicle was in. Nice cause I never had to call or wonder how my repair was going. Received an early morning call for pick up of my vehicle on the date I was told it would be completed. No fuss...No complaints from me. I'm smilin! Ty AutoPlex of Alma for a job well done!
