        Hello East West Bank, I went to East West Bank on 9/30/23 in Boston Chinatown, MA. These people at this location is very rude and unprofessional in general. I am a customer and wanted to exchange for $100 bills but the teller named Wang did not do it and with bad attitudes. Wang shoule be trained to be better customer services teller. She is very rude and unpro.
