I've been dealing with Ron for several years, both for an in-home item as well as in a commercial venue with a local church. He is absolutely the first one I would, and have, gone to with any issues both for repair and for new construction / renovation. He was able to get my faucet replaced in one visit, and filed the entire thing under a warranty repair with the company. If you get Ron to come to your house or business, you won't be disappointed. We had a recent plumbing emergency and called this company. The owner was very rude on the phone and basically hung up on us. A very poor customer experience.

Ron Berard is the best. In a world full of people with excuses, Ron always does what he says. He shows up on time, and he's honest. He tells you exactly what's going on, and his prices are very fair. What more could you ask for?
