A waste of time and money I took down my first post because I was told they would fix it but for me to drive 45 min to get my nails fixed and 45 min to go home just for plastic rhinestone to fall off my nails the same exact day also on my birthday and to only offer 15% is crazy. I paid $153 I expected my plastic rhinestones to last and peep the length short af. Money is never an issue but I need it to make sense. Second time this happened

Keiu always gets me right. She is an amazing nail designer and person. The rest of the staff is great too.

Ive been going to this shop for about a year now. Never had any issues until my last encounter that to place last week. I booked with the tech John. I requested a full set with design. He wasnt able to accommodate the shape or the design. When I tried to level with. Him by finding a new design, he decline. He wanted to pass me to another tech but I had to leave. So left with a horrible set. An hour later I called the shop asking to speak with the manager. The representative stated she would give me a call but never did. I called the next morning. The manager took her time responding to my complaint. She asked if I could come at 4. I did. When I came she directed me to a nail tech but then said the tech quoted me a higher price than the day before. I was in disbelief, like first he messed my nails up then the manager tried to upcharge me. I told her that it was okay, and she refunded my money. After that she instructed not to book with the salon again. It was never a problem when I was giving them my money for a year but when I speak up about poor quality work/service Im no longer welcomed! Poorest experience yet.
