I have been leave in this property the last 2 years and I have my own parking spot with numbers and I have been parking my vehicle the last 2 years with out any warning and when I wake up this morning my car was towed from my parking spot and I go to office to speak a management and they told me my vehicle has commercial signs and I paid $180 with out any warnings I dont even know that I can not park my vehicle @ my parking spot the last 2 years

A gentleman named Rubio replaced our stove, he was very fast and efficient. He even offered to stopped by to check to see if the new equipment was leaking or not. He was polite and very pleasant. We are very pleased with his work and his mannerism.

Our experience has been far from satisfactory. Our unit was infested with roaches and mice upon moving in, a problem that persists despite numerous attempts by the management to address it. There was a time when management said they contracted a new pest control company, but when personnel showed up, it was the maintenance staff members who came to do the job. The living conditions have deteriorated over the past two years, creating an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. Not only because of the pests, but because of lack of proactive maintenance of common areas. The playground slide has been broken for at least two years, whith a crack in the its center that could cause serious injuries to a child.
Moreover, the overall safety of the area has become a serious concern. Incidents of crime have increased. People steal packages, enter cars to steal and there were several cases of car theft.
Despite the continuous rise in rent, the quality of the property has declined significantly. The disconnect between increased rent and living conditions is obvious.
Some parking rules make no sense and even staff can't seem to explain the reasoning behind them, although they try hard.
A/C does not work in the summer.
While the maintenance staff is diligent and helpful, their efforts seem hindered by whoever is above them.
I hope this review serves as a call to action for management to thoroughly assess and address these concerns. Our community deserves better.
My two stars go to the location and maintenance staff.
At this moment, I would not recommend moving to Brookville, although I believe that all of these issues could be easily assessed and fixed turning this place into a great place to live.

LOVEEEEEE MY TOWNHOUSE SO MUCH! Brookville is the best! Staff is amazing! Neighborhood is super quiet! Parking is a nightmare at night though. So sad to be moving . Will definitely consider moving back in the future!
