I recently worked with Weichert to quickly find a rental and they were excellent! I sold my house in DC quicker than expected and had to find a suitable rental and move in in less than 2 weeks. Wayne Silva worked tirelessly to find something that met my standards and that would allow my cats. He then went above and beyond in the negotiation process, which was exceedingly difficult and frustrating due to the ineptitude of the other side. In August of 2022 I decided to move from my existing Montebello condo to another unit in the same complex. Leslie guided me in making the winning bid on my new place and expertly handled the details of the purchase. I then put my old Montebello residence up for sale in October 2022, just as mortgage rates were soaring from 3% to 7%. This was an extremely tough and slow market.
