        Truly considering canceling my entire Chase Saphire Reserved membership because their customer service is completely terrible. They transfer you over to the wrong team 4-5 times, its seldom that you come across a knowledgeable representative on the phone, and you have to do so much manual work when the representatives can find the information easily in your profile. Overall very lazy customer service from my experience as a member calling in for services.

        I just got badly insulted at the Chase Bank in 106 N Washington St, Alexandria, VA 22314 The branch manager was extremely rude. I am closing out my Chase Private Client account now and moving to a high yield interest account
