I'd also like to emphasize how Liz went above and beyond when my aunt passed away. A friend was bringing a surprise gift to me during my time of loss, but I wasn't home. Liz kindly held onto the item in the office until I returned. This gesture meant a lot to me and demonstrated her genuine care for the residents!

Theres a serious security problem with this apartment! Someone will steal your sticker from your car and your car will eventually be towed. Ive been charged with a lot of time and $1700. The phone number they gave is void! They even raise the rent? Definitely not worth it. You will smell the smoke of your neighbors cooking every single day

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! This was my first time leasing an apartment and the graham made sure to make it one of the worst experiences. On my move in day when I went to pick up my keys I was told my apartment was not ready for move in. At that time I was very much pregnant so it was very stressful that our apartment was not ready. We found out our leasing agent had gotten fired so nobody knew why the apartment was not ready for move in. We had to get an apartment we didnt really want because the management office has unprofessional employees that lack communication.Then, on our move out day we had reserved the freight elevator from 9-12 but turns out the receptionist had over booked so we were unable to use it. They told us the elevator can only be use for 3 hours but the person that had it that day had it reserved from 7-12! When we went to complain they did nothing to help us because I guess we were moving out so they didnt care. Also, elevators are often dirty and out of service so people be jamming into 1 elevator. My whole experience there was just one of the worst.
