Staff is helpful until you actually move in. The maintenance staff is a joke and most times the head of maintenance has no clue what he's doing. All about quick fixes that cost the least amount of money. I've been waiting 30 months for them to address things listed on my walk thru. I have multiple leaks in my unit that they know about and STILL haven't sent anyone to fix them!! I won't get in to the number of times my rental payment was misplaced and I received a notice for rent that was paid EARLY because they didn't know where my automatic payment was. Only use them as a last resort if possible.

I been trying to fill an application online and this is an impossible matter, I called to talk Pamela all I get I receive applications every day use another computer, do it on the phone I been tried it all and there is anything they can t do to help, their system is not working , they cant receive by mail or email or even fax, but their system is not working. how can we send it??

GREAT, AMAZING Organization. With a staff that really cares about families. They help with so many things, like affordable housing, budgeting, children. A great group of folks are associated with Good Shepard. LOVE THEM!!!
