    Shame on you Sullivan Place Apts, 2017 rent was PAID for the month, lost job and moved out within that month and you SOLD my info to Transworld System, and as of March 14 2024 reported I owe a months rent. Incorrect and fraud. I'll report you to any and every agency. It's not accurate and criminal that personal info was sold to a third party. Your office called me on way out and wanted me to sign paperwork, but I was already on the road Please explain how this is fair?! It's not!

    I first moved into my first apartment here ( 2021). Viewed and signed the lease for my apartment within 2 weeks. I absolutely LOVE the gym and how clean and well kept the property is. There is a convenient shuttle that picks up and drops off at the nearby Metro Station. I highly recommend for first time renters ! Very child friendly and QUIET. Neighbors are quiet also. Everywhere I go it is well kept and clean. Beautiful apartment. So glad I choose this location.There was a but of a mild roach issue that I had to get rid using exterminator grade roach gel. No issues since then.

    Its a great community when it comes to professionalism and security. I would like to appreciate the leasing office for securing the packages again, I missed my package and luckily got it back in a good way, have to thank especially the Security officer who is kind and well professional for securing the packages and I guess the property as well he is also responsible and disciplined guy. Additionally, I would suggest the leasing office to inform all the couriers to deliver the packages as its directed because most of the times they just put packages wherever they want which needs to be complained to them.

    Been reaching out for about 2 weeks trying to come in and see a unit/apply. Ive left voicemails, emails , and texts and no one is helping. All I get is an automated text asking how I can be helped, my budget; and how many rooms Im looking for. I provided that information and they send me the same automated text right back. Ive provided this information 3x, and again, just another automated text asking how I can be helped and what my budget is. I even left a voicemail explaining to have an ACTUAL HUMAN contact me as Im just getting automated texts and guess what, the same text gets sent again. I was finally provided an email address for an employee named Lia . And of course shes not responding to my emails neither. Im taking this as a red flag about the community and moving on.

    Terrible management. Non vetted residents who throw trash everywhere, vandalize the property and management claims they can't do anything at all to find who's responsible. Loud and obnoxious residents, who constantly fill the hallways up with weed smoke. Management never answers the phone when you're trying to reach them. I'm very upset about being forced to sign up for Gigstreem considering that when I moved in I was told to sign up with Cox. Sullivan place is very short staffed. Thefts occur constantly in the mail room. I don't feel this property is safe with the garage being left open all hours of the day, and no cameras at door entrances with residents propping the entry doors to the property open at all times. Corporate is rude when dealing with them. I work in the vicinity which is the only reason I wouldn't consider moving, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And now regardless of the fact that Ive been here for 3 straight years management wont even consider negotiating with me on a rent increase while they have residents being evicted left and right! Madness!
