I have 3 children and I have been going to this office since my first was a newborn. Every member of the staff has been nothing but kind and compassionate. The doctors are knowledgeable and thorough . I remember being a brand new mom, and one of the doctors patiently explaining away every little fear I had. I'll be taking my kids here until they are 18. Thank you HDP staff for your excellent care.

I had previously been bringing my daughter here for several years. I have formerly been very happy with care here especially from the NP Sacheen who is lovely. Thursday we saw a new provider here and it was sincerely the worst pediatricians visit we have ever had. First, the front desk staff was incredibly unwelcoming, secondly, the nurse was absolutely not child friendly and told my daughter that the strep culture swab were chop sticks and that led my daughter to believe she was going to hurt her throat. My daughter wouldnt let her perform the culture and she grew more and more impatient and kept checking her watch. She eventually gave up and offered no kindness or empathy to my daughter. Thirdly, the doctor hardly performed any kind of physical exam and basically guessed that I whatever awful illness we have is just viral and will resolve soon. I left feeling like I completely wasted my time and energy as I am sick myself.

Great pediatricians that are knowledgeable and flexible which is in short supply nowadays! Both our sons go here and High Desert is amazing!
